Excellent set up and facilities. Natasha always has a great mix of new and repeat exercises each week, ranging from circuits to more focused sessions on specific muscle groups. The sessions have made a big difference to my overall fitness as well as more specific running/football training. Looking forward to trying out new metafit/HIIT sessions and the altitude training equipment in the coming weeks.
