Hello everyone and welcome to my very first blog post!! ♥
Some of you may know me as the face of EatLikeMe! I have been creating and blogging all of my healthy recipes on Instagram for just over 2 years and after recently reaching my 5000 followers mark, I am so excited to be joining forces with the Exercise People.
This will be your one stop shop to health and fitness. I will be sharing with you everything I have learnt, giving you weekly health tips, my clean recipes and showing you just how simple and delicious healthy eating can really be – as well as keeping you updated on my workouts with my fabulous Personal Trainer Tash! Its going to be so much fun!
I am a true believer of eating the foods that make you happy! I want to show you that losing weight and eating healthy can be so enjoyable. I have always disliked the idea of depriving myself of all my favorite naughty treats, So instead I re-create them. Everything from pizzas to cakes, to cookies and pancakes – yet providing you with nothing but nutritious goodness! Gone are the days of iceberg lettuce and bland salads!
All my recipes are gluten free, dairy free, wheat free and completely guilt free – all made with nature’s most natural ingredients. It will be our job to help and inspire you to get you on the right tracks to a happy and healthy new you!
