Now you may have already heard of the term “Clean Eating”, but you may not know exactly what it is, or how to go about it? Although there is no direct definition of the term “Clean Eating”, I can tell you that this is not a diet or about depriving yourself of certain food groups, nor is it something that requires counting calories or an eating plan. “Clean Eating” is about eating foods in there most natural state. This means stripping your diet of anything that has been processed, refined and preserved, and replacing them with fresh wholefoods.
