Starting Wednesday February 24th 7pm and Sunday 28th 10am 2016 these 30 minutes metaFit classes will be held at Exercise People. These classes are amazing calorie burners, brilliant for building stamina, strengthening muscles and creating all over tone!

Metafit is HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) at its finest! using only bodyweight as resistance, and not an ounce of choreography in site! this is no dance class thats for sure!
