Workout Of The Month December
Another month another workout of the month!
Its so important to keep changing your training so that your body doesn’t get used to your routine and is constantly in a fat burning state but also for you! it can become tiresome when you are stuck in a rut with the same training program, knowing by heart what day it is, and what exercises are to be completed. So use this program as a form of inspiration to give yourself a boost and shake things up!
The festive season is fast approaching, which means there is no time to be wasted! try this workout either in the gym with nothing but a mat and set of dumbbells or at home with two litre bottles of water 🙂
Fat Burning Circuit
Squat and Press (squat and then raise the dumbbells or bottles above your head)
Front Raise (holding the dumbbells/bottles one in each hand with straight arms raise to shoulder height and then lower back down)
Alternate leg lunge with lateral raise (holding a dumbbell/bottle in each hand raise to shoulder height at the side of the body)
Walk Out Plank (Standing straight walk your hands along the floor into plank position and then walk them back till your standing tall again)
Complete 20 reps of each exercise and repeat as many times as you can in 30 mins with minimal rest!
