So without further adieu we are going to get cracking with the very very very first Exercise Of The Month Post…

I get asked a lot what exercises should I be doing to improve this or tone that, and how many of each exercise should I do etc, and I thought why not help you guys out with some ideas for your very own circuit training so here goes:

Fat Burning Circuit


Jump squats

Alternate Leg Lunges

Press Ups

Mountain Climbers


Sit ups

Toe Reaches


Complete each exercise for 25 Reps and 4 times through!!!!!!
